Yongyou4949：Three line hybrid Indica-Japonica rice, middle-maturity. Got released in 2014. It was the first middle maturity Japonica rice variety of Hubei Province.
The total growth period is 130.7 days, which is 11.1 days shorter than the check. In the regional experiment, the plant height was 112.3cm, the panicle length was 24.2 cm, the total number of grains per panicle was 233.3, the number of filled grains per panicle was 203.7, the seed setting rate was 87.3%, and the 1000-grain weight was 23.99 g. Medium sensation to rice blast and blight.
The brown rice rate was 80.9%, the whole polished rice rate was 72.1%, and the chalky grain rate was 14%. The chalkiness is 2.4%, the amylose content is 15.0%, the gel consistency is 84 mm, and the aspect ratio is 2.3. The main physical and chemical indicators are up to the national rice quality standard Grade Three.
In the two-year regional trial, the average yield per mu was 674.68 kg(10120.2kg/ha), which was 4.95% higher than that of the Check.
